Our program teaches you via our unique, two phase curriculum:
Phase I – requires completion of a 10-part self study program using required readings from select text books and our proprietary resources. Each module will cover background and specific information you must have to complete the program as well as to offer the finest remote medical care possible. You will complete a test after each module to ensure your understanding, and when you have achieved competence in the
material you will receive continuing education hours and a statement of completion for each module. The modules can be completed at your own pace, with no time limit. By completing all 10 modules you will receive 125 hours of CME/CEU credits – and do note that participating in Phase I training should be
tax deductible for you as continuing medical education!
Phase II – requires you to complete a tax deductible 30-day in residence training program, either in one 30-day block or two 15-day blocks, as you prefer. This unique training program combines lectures, hands-on skills labs (including tissue labs), realistic field exercises in the jungle, hills, rivers, and caves found at our training center, and actual patient care in a small 3rd world hospital… you will be trained and tested in the
knowledge, skills, and experiences you need to provide the finest medical care possible, survive, and thrive in remote and difficult settings, extended care & primary care locales, in the woods, jungles, rivers, caves of our training center as well as in a 3rd world emergency ‘department’ & hospital… in the real world rather than in a first world, urban, sanitized, 10-minute solution setting… and granting 275 CME/CEU hours…
