- The second annual Surfer's Medical Association conference in Europe will be held in the south of France from OCT 01 to OCT 10, 2006The conference registration fee of US $2,200 per person includes:
- one oceanfront room (based on double occupancy) for 10 nights at Carlina Lodge
- continental breakfast, lunch and dinner each day at Le Surfing restaurant
- ground transport each day to selected spots from Hossegor to Mundaka
- a conference fee of US $200 to support SMA Central.
We will be based directly in front of the most consistent breaks in France with a short paddle out to the legendary peaks of the Cotes des Basques. We will be there during the best time of the year for waves with two ASP events likely to be held nearby during this period.
Great apres-surf food and wine (no host bar), cultural activities and networking with our international colleagues also await attendees. Our conference program will feature scientific and professional presentations by all participants as we update the status of the health-care/surfing interface.
Space limitations may preclude late registrations. To reserve your spot, you must send an initial deposit of US $500 as soon as possible.
