Goals and Objectives for Conference Delegates:

  • Enhance your understanding and appreciation of wine, wine making, wine & food, and wine culture
  • Examine the scope of cardiovascular disease in society including socioeconomic and resource burden on health care systems and medical practitioners
  • Review the physiology of the human endothelium in health and disease with particular focus on cardiovascular disease and ageing
